Distant Learning- Problem or Challenge?

On the 15th of December, students from SI 20, SI 19 with their teacher Shurubu Karimova participated in the International Online Project - Distant Learning- Problem or Challenge? It was an amazing conference where students and their teachers from 4 universities from 4 countries – Ukrainian State University of Railway Transport, Silesian University of Technology, University of Bihac and Ala-Too International University – shared research results and discussed the problems due to COVID 19.

Farewell session

Students and teachers shared their opinions and experiences in Breakout rooms, discussed some problems, offered each other solutions, and in Main sessions they shared their group discussion results. Both, students and teachers were open to talk with each other, so it was a real collaboration and communication. As the conference language was English, and students showed very good level of speaking skills which made their teachers happy and proud!

The head of the English Language and Literature Department Aidai Kulzhabaeva greeted the conference participants from Ala-Too International University, and empathized the importance of a such events where we can meet and exchange opinions, and make our studies and life more interesting and fruitful. Saltanat Zhakisheva and Burulsun Aiylchieva also participated in this conference and contributed much during the discussion.
